Electronic Access for Designated Establishments and Legal Representatives Unofficial title

In order to allow for efficient and secure written communication between competent authorities and designated establishments or legal representatives of service providers under this Regulation, those designated establishments or legal representatives should be provided with electronic means of access to the national IT systems, part of the decentralised IT system, operated by the Member States.
