Reimbursement of Costs of Service Providers Unofficial title
It should be possible for a service provider to claim reimbursement of its costs for responding to a European Production Order or to a European Preservation Order from the issuing State, if that possibility is provided for in the national law of the issuing State for domestic orders in similar situations, in accordance with the national law of that State. Member States should inform the Commission about their national rules for reimbursement, and the Commission should make them public. This Regulation provides for separate rules applicable to the reimbursement of costs related to the decentralised IT system.
